The staff was great, welcoming, helpful. Kadek took me back to the hot springs in scooter when I forgot my skirt. She walked us to a concert happening that weekend. Their sister company organised a great snorkeling trip to Menjangan with very short transfer, really convenient location! They organised a transport to Pemuteran as well.

− The insulation could be better. Someone was sick 2 rooms down from us and it woke us up at night. The shower in our daughter’s room wasn’t emptying well.

Super logement très confortable et propre. Possible de louer des scooters sur place et il y a aussi un restaurant 😊 Très gentille famille, nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour et nous sommes même restés plus longtemps que prévu.

Over all alright for just place to sleep

If you are looking just for sleep place, yes you can sleep, nothing special. But if you are looking for comfortable place, I’m not recommended. I was order first juice with nasi goreng at the first day stay, but it turns out the juice was given to other people and our food turns out super late after.

La posizione è ottima, molto vicino a qualche ristorante, alle hot springs e la spiaggia, che però non è balneabile perché fa parte di un resort dove per lo più è usato come porto, ci sono prevalente mangrovie.

− Abbiamo usato la struttura solo per una notte per fare un escursione la mattina, ma la struttura è assolutamente da rivedere, soprattutto dal punto di vista del bagno che è all’esterno, la doccia, la vasca e anche la toilette era piena di muschio, inoltre rivedrei anche gli standard di pulizia, nella prima camera che ci hanno fornito le lenzuola erano sporche di sangue, abbiamo dovuto cambiare camera autonomamente trovandone una aperta con le chiavi all’esterno perchè non era presente nessuno alle 9 pm per assisterci o cambiare le lenzuola. Gli asciugami puzzavano di umido e le zanzariere sopra il letto erano sporche e polverose. Hanno anche un piccolo ristorante interno al villaggio, con condizioni igieniche scarsissime, topi che camminano sulle travi di legno sopra la cucina e padelle sporche lasciate in giro, nessuno presente anche lì, neanche alle 7/8 del mattino. Il ragazzino che ci ha accolto è stato molto gentile, ma sarebbe stato meglio essere accolti da un adulto.
