10.0This was our first stay at a bed and breakfast and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. The owners are friendly, helpful, and attentive. Our room was lovely and we slept well. Breakfast each morning was delicious. The property was next to the Homestead so it's an easy walk if you book activities through the resort. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

10.0Our hosts treated us like family. We got the opportunity to unplug and relax in a beautiful, clean, historic property. It was delightful dining at the huge table and talking with new people. On our trip we enjoyed the mineral baths, hiking, swimming in the Jackson River, and a local hard cider tasting. All the local restaurants serve fresh, tasty homemade foods. I highly recommend Warm Springs / Hot Springs and Vine Cottage for a refreshing, quiet getaway.
