4.0The room was stuffy. There was no ventilation to let fresh air in as window cannot be opened. The filter in bathroom was not working either. There was no air conditioning and was told May and June was when they switch off their filters??We had to request for a fan. It was a very uncomfortable pricey stay for a standard room. Some sockets were not working. One of the lift wasn't working during our stay. Very disappointed overall. Will not recommend.
