One of the worst hospitality experiences we have ever had

− Terrible service Used Condon on our floor on arrival to our room Extremely loud road works outside that kept us awake all night with no notification that these were going on. The room alarm clock went off at 11.45pm waking up the whole family. The treatment when dealing with our complaints by the front desk staff was unsympathetic and not very professional
Great stay, wish the restaurant was open all day, and the bar later
9.0I liked how cozy it was great atmosphere pool big towels and very clean. the amenities were quality the shampoo and conditioner was nice. dinner was great, the dining room was lovely the bar lounge was too. The coffee machine was a luxury and it had decaf because I can't drink caffeine I loved that.
− Price of breakfast was a bit much, $22 for eggs benedict without potatoes, and the benedict sauce tasted bad. it was really gross glad I had it in the side.
Breakfast should be cheaper. The restaurant should open later for dinner.

− Housekeeping forgot to clean the room . I did have the sign on the door to clean the room and they never came.
