It was ok we had to take a room on the third floor . They were doing the parking lot and it smelt very loud in our room on the first floor . We could not get in the pool , because it was green from letting people that don’t pay for a room come in and swim. No good drinks they had a bar but it was closed due to no license. I wished I had been told I would have chosen another place to stay

Location

− Our Room 120 had numerous spider webs, toilet continued to overflow even after front staff came with a plunger to resolve the issue, no shampoo or conditioner or body wash was in the bathroom. The refrigerator was on the floor so that I had to lift the whole refrigerator to shut the refrigerator door. Upon returning to the hotel for the night, the rear entry door blinked red and green lights when we tapped our key card. Keep in mind, our arms had numerous bags on them. We had to reload the car, drive to the front desk area where our key card read active only to be told that rear door did not work sometimes. The breakfast sausage looked like it was from two days ago, very greasy and hard edges, what eggs were available had no taste, and the staff stopped making breakfast earlier than 8:30 am. We did not eat there. After some people just looked the breakfast, they walked away. We lodged at your facility three years in a row as this location was central for our annual Family Reunion located in Sheffield.
