The Staff were all excellent and friendly very caring and always there for you.The lounge needs updating wallpaper.and 2 toilets is not enough for the amount of people when busy.no disabled toilet i was asked a couple staying there.Thank you for a lovely time.see you next year. This is very much a pay for what you get place - it is dated but very clean, the bar service / reception etc was friendly and helpful - as we didnt eat here I cant comment on the food other than the restaurant looked very clean and the breakfast looked nice from what we saw just walking through. This is a lively part of town in a place which attracts loud groups so expect noise right through the night as people come back in from a night out. We stopped for a cheap weekend break as a couple to watch the beach race and we would stop there again at that price point but note the above.

The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was also good, the evening entertainment was enjoyable, the bed was comfortable with nice sheets, the towels were fresh, however the shower was dirty, with hair in the plug trap, there was black mound underneath a bottle of liquid soap, the toilet cistern, was thick with dust, you could not drink the water, the property needs updating, the lift is very old and makes a horrendous noise when moving between floors, and keeps you awake at night.
