− booking. com said it had a view, but the first room they offered me looked over rubbish. I complained and got a room with a partial view. Breakfast was very poor quality, couldn't drink the coffee.

− The room was extremely unclean. The blankets and pillows were dark yellow, stains and holes in the sheets, the floor was greasy and slippery, and the toilet wasn't clean.
