− Auf den zweiten Blick nicht sauber, z.B. das Geschirr in den Schränken. Es gab wenig Besteck, z.B. mit drei Gabeln. Einige Lichter gingen gar nicht (alle im Schlafzimmer). TV Fernbedienung (Receiver) ging sich nicht. Dusche ist undicht, müffelt schnell. Wir hatten uns auf den Balkon gefreut, aber bei der Buchung wohl nicht genau aufgepasst…

9.0Great apartments. Good aircon and wifi. Great location next to bus station and close to train station. Short walk to town.
− Only thing would be to note you have to walk up 3 floors of stairs which can be a lot with suitcases

1.0Il letto era comodo.
− Angolo cottura al buio, tende in camera matrimoniale supporto rotto, luce salotto non funzionante, luce camera da letto non funzionante, bajoure sinistra inesistente, destra non funzionante. Bagno con muro ammuffito. Scalino di 2cm pericoloso e non segnalato. Lamierino tra piastrelle e parquet camera singola non fissato e pericoloso. Videosorveglianza senza cartelli di avviso. Wi-Fi estremamente indecente, velocità massima di download 2Mb/s, neanche fossimo negli anni 2000. Parcheggio mea culpa ma 20 euro al giorno mi sembrano esagerati. Tre piani di scale sdrucciolevoli senza strisce di sicurezza antiscivolo. E come se non bastasse lavatrice si ma l'asciugatrice che era segnata non c'era e mancavano batterie da sostituire con quelle scariche dei telecomandi. Conclusione: di positivo solo i letti. Suggerimento per l'agenzia... imparare almeno una base di italiano non sarebbe male. Menomale che mastico l'inglese altrimenti se fossero andati solo i miei genitori sarebbe stato disastroso. E comunque la comunicazione delle informazioni basilari era caotica e difficilmente comprensibile.
