9.0Staff was exceptional. We had a problem with our room and it was handled immediately. The room we ended up with was wonderfully, and the bed was the best we've had in years. Would stay again if we are in the area.

Fair. Hotel needs deep clean

− Our room has visible bodily fluids on wall near bed. We were out all day and didn’t notice until we were in bed and exhausted. It was disgusting and for what we paid per night completely unacceptable. We requested at least a discount for first night but didn’t happen. Was told GM doesn’t work on weekends. Picture doesn’t do justice to what it looked like in real life
Convenient and good stay for your money.
8.0Facility was clean, rooms neat and organized. The only issues were, (1) the mattress had a sagging dip in the middle and was very uncomfortable and the pillows had no fluff or form/shape to them - even stacking 2 pillows provided little support. The breakfast was very tasty with well-seasoned potatoes and eggs - the bacon was thin and crisp and the sausage had a good flavor. Overall, we would stay here again, bringing our own pillows and comforter.
− The pool was over-run by a group of girls (age 10) and few adults, which did not allow for anyone else to enjoy the facilities. It would have been nice if something was mentioned to the "adults" about the loudness and activities of the girls running around, oblivious to anyone else but themselves, in and out of the pool and hot tub. The adults present were not mindful of the children at all but engrossed in their own party. This was not the hotels' fault, but an issue that should have been addressed by the staff for the comfort of all patrons who paid for rooms and amenities.
