5.0I booked a room in the tower and I’m glad that I did. The location is great if you’re in town for the Orlando parks.
− The staff weren’t very helpful nor friendly when it came to questions. They told us that there were no luggage carts when there in fact were, they just weren’t willing to track one down for us. Don’t take the gamble, book a tower room because those are the updated units in the pictures.

7.0Location is great. Pool is nice and affordable arcade and good food in resturant.
− Broken Remote, damaged tv, ac not working properly and booked a tower room and got placed in building 5
