Kind staff but hotel needs improvements to give customers a better experience.
3.0Locations and the employees
− First room air conditioner didn’t work nor would internet. Staff moved us to another room where we had no hot water to shower and bathroom sink leaked water continuously all over the tile floor beneath our feet. At check out we explained that it wasn’t the best experience and asked if they would consider giving us a refund. They only said they would reimburse us 10 to 20% for all we experienced during our stay. This was disappointing because we did stay one night previously where we had a nice room and were returning customers. Sadly we won’t be returning.
