10.0Awesome historical building, amazing atmosphere. You can use all common rooms, which have an incredible interior. Safe and quiet neighbourhoods, but close to the downtown. Private garden

10.0Unique building with decor from the late 1800s. Staff was friendly and gave you a tour of the property upon arrival.

8.0Beautiful gardens and a lovely old Inn! Great location. Lovely common spaces with quiet comfortable rooms. Coffee and tea making areas were a nice feature.
− Bathroom floor was not cleaned and bath mat looked dirty. Common space in the coach house - we couldn’t find a remote for the tv. The coffee area had no sugar- just Splenda. No one serviced our room during the stay. We did not know how to reach staff - oddly there was no one around except gardening staff?

8.0− Wifi signal was very weak in my room.
I would never stay here again.
2.0There was no breakfast. I was staying in the carriage house, a very small depressing room. A squirrel was perched next to the window ac and eating through the vent. I moved to a different room until they could fix the problem which they did the next day. I moved back to my original room and noticed that there was dirt on the floor and a pile of hair in the shower. The office was closed but a housekeeper got her manager on the phone and the room was cleaned. There was no room upgrade, no compensation or apology. It was a very unpleasant experience. The coffee was terrible.
− Maybe the main house is a better experience.
