10.0It was away from the madness but close enough to get a 5 minute grab or even rent bikes with the honestay and cycle into the main area of tam coc. The pool was such a bonus, nice and clean. When we first arrived they went through all the main attractions to do in Ninh Binh and they offer transport there etc not pushy at all, they are just letting you know what they offer. They also organised our transfer to our next location which dropped us to our hotel so no stress at all with that. We stayed in the bungalows room was offered to be cleaned daily, breakfast included in the stay . Couldn’t ask for a better location highly recommend!

7.0Nice property, clean and good location
− Room was not ready for check in time, and communication around this was not good, so we ended up having to hang around for longer than expected. When we arrived, we explained that we were very tired as we had just come off a sleeper bus, but a staff member continued to push us hard to buy her brother’s taxi service even though we explained we wanted to book a limousine bus.

10.0Spacious room, great pool view. Mountain View was spectacular! All staff were lovely and attentative. Bike rental was very handy, 40k a day!
