− Vaisselle sales et ébréchée- cheveux dans les wc - carreau cassés et manquantes sur la fenêtre - literie très fatiguée - carreau manquante dans la douche - bac du frigo cassés -

7.0l'emplacement près de la rambla Gracia et les petits commerces dans la rue
− pas de pression d'eau aux robinets sdb et cuisine très mauvaise évacuation d'eau au lavabo de sdb parce qu'il n'y a pas de syphon et très mauvais fonctionnement de la serrure de la porte d'entrée ,un soir nous avons du appeler le service de garde pour ouvrir la porte

6.0L'emplacement est idéale près du métro Diagonal et des sites majeurs réalisés par Gaudi. Les commerces sont à proximité pour faire quelques courses, ainsi que des bars et restaurants. Stéfania qui nous a accueilli s'est montrée souriante et professionnelle. Bien agréable.
− L'immeuble mériterait une bonne rénovation dans ses parties communes. On entend très bien les conversations des voisins et le bruit causé par des laves linge et surtout à des heures très tardives (minuit). Dans l'appartement il manquait des ustensiles de cuisine. Les draps et couverture n'étaient adaptés pour notre lit. Aussi, pas de rideau à la douche. Le prix de la location est élevée on s'attendait à de meilleures prestations.
