Além disso, o cheiro do apartamento é insuportável de esgoto. Não tem ar condicionado e fica muito calor. Não podemos deixar as portas abertas, pois corre risco de entrarem gaivotas. O elevador só vai até o segundo andar e para ir até o apartamento precisa subir o resto de escada. Havíamos combinado um horário de chegada e teve atraso na entrega das chaves. We had to wait for the owner to arrive.

Location was great, apartement is very spacious and nice, last but not least communication was very clear.

Todo estaba de acuerdo a la oferta, muy buenos espacios de living - comedor - terraza, etc

− El asensor estaba fuera de servicio y son 5 pisos por escaleras.

Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage mit großem Balkon im 3./4. Stockwerk.

− Leider war der Aufzug defekt und eine Großbaustelle in der Nähe.

Die sehr geräumige Dachgeschoss Wohnung mit großem Balkon auf dem man morgens seine erste Tasse Kaffe in der aufgehenden Sonne genießen kann ist sehr gut ausgestattet. An alles ist gedacht. Von Müllbeutel bis Wasch- und Spülmaschinentabs, sowie Gewürzen oder das Starterset Kaffekapseln für die Kaffemaschine.

− Das Appartment liegt an einer Verkehrskreuzung und hat somit eine gewissen Grundlautstärke. Bei uns kamen tagsüber noch Umbauarbeiten am Fahrstuhl (war defekt, entspricht 86 Stufen mal mit und öfters ohne Koffer, das darunterliegende Fitnessstudio braucht man also nicht) und der Abriss des großen Einkaufszentrums als Lärmquelle dazu, was aber natürlich kein Dauerzustand ist.
