10.0My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Marriott Downtown Knoxville. The front desk staff was welcoming, our room was clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the restaurant. A special thank you to Jackson, Davin, and Josiah for their friendly valet service and for helping with our luggage and car. They made our stay even better. We can’t wait to come back!

10.0I was attending at the Knoxville Convention Center and the Marriott was right across the street so perfect location! Hotel was super clean. The staff was very friendly and hospital. Shea and Adriana in particular were super helpful. I messed up my reservation and they helped me sort it out. Also there was a flood when I was leaving and ended up having to stay longer so they helped me extend my reservation. Would definitely stay here each time Im at the convention.
