8.0− The air conditioning doesn’t seem to keep up. We have stayed here 2 times on different levels and always seems hot.
Needed more staff
6.0The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.
− This was a busy place and only had 2 elevators for the number of rooms this was not enough. Also the weight room was overrun with children and nobody was watching them or the area. This made it impossible to use the facilities.
