− Non mi è piaciuto la mancanza di personale, il check in autonomo da fare giorni prima ricevendo messaggi insistenti per farlo, in quanto all’arrivo non c’è nessuno.. solo codici da inserire. Per una struttura del genere immaginerei almeno una persona in reception. In piscina non c’è il bagnino, nonostante sia aperta fino alle 22.30. A colazione la macchina del caffè non funzionava, c’era una sola signora che non parlava inglese che ha montato con uno strumento a mano il latte, mentre faceva la lavastoviglie e sistemava i piatti… La ringrazio per la cortesia ma organizzerei almeno con un paio di persone la colazione.
