8.0Equipe super atenciosa. Funcionários excelentes. No entanto, pelo valor da diária, esperava melhores condições das camas, lençóis e travesseiros, que deixaram bastante a desejar.

10.0Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It is the only hotel in Macapá which offers airport transfers. Great to arrive in an unknown city and have a person waiting. Room service available and free breakfast buffet.

10.0Friendly service and good value for the price. Free airport pickup at 3 AM was much appreciated. Good breakfast and room was spacious and comfortable with good WiFi and fridge in room. It is a bit far from the riverside but still walkable in about 30 minutes. Moto taxi and cheap Uber rides are great options. The free magazines to read in reception are a nice touch. I paid the equivalent of $35 USD per night in July 2019 for single room. Highly recommended!

Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information.
