− Lo que menos los baños, un poco antiguos para lo bien que está el resto, pero limpios y con todo lo necesario.

10.0Gostamos muito da localização, apto acolhedor, amplo, atende bem as necessidades de uma família. O senhorio é espetacular, muito atencioso e prestativo. Foi muito bom ficar neste lugar onde tudo funciona e organizado.

9.0Rustige ligging en redelijk dicht bij het centrum van Funchal. Prettige host die op een vraag direct reageerde. Met 2 stellen fijn te bewonen door de 2 badkamers.
− Het balkon is wat krap en geschikt voor maar 2 personen. Zon op het balkon einde middag.
Wohnung nahe des Casinos
7.0große Wohnung in guter zentraler Lage in einem ruhigen Haus, fußläufig zu Restaurants, Bushaltestelle, Supermarkt, große bequeme Tiefgarage reichlich Vorräte an Toilettenpapier, Duschbad, Spülertabs usw. Das Silvesterfeuerwerk kann man vom Dach des Hauses, welches frei zugänglich ist, sehr gut beobachten, was auch aufgrund des schlechten Wetters von Vorteil war
− Gäste vor uns waren scheinbar nicht mit der Benutzung einer Spülmaschine vertraut, wir fanden Töpfe mit Essensresten (Nudeln) und Pfanne mit Bratenresten im Schrank vor, Das Wetter war recht kalt und regnerisch mit Nachttemperaturen bis 8 Grad, die Wohnung ist nicht beheizbar (es gibt auch keine Klimaanlage, mit der man heizen könnte), es gab nur 2 kleine Heizlüfter im Bad, mit denen wir notdürftig das Wohnzimmer erwärmten
