4.0Broken coffee maker, one cup and stops working. No coffee cups or coffee for the second night. No coat hangers in room, no coat hangers on request either.

6.0Unfortunately there were bugs inside the tub. Like all over. We're not squeamish. But I would guess others are. In any case we only stayed one night so we elected not to use the shower.
