Great Gangneung stay!
10.0We had a wonderful budget stay with 8 family members. Enough space for social time, good breakfasts and hosts. Gangneung has a lot to offer, the local markets, churches, historical buildings plus lots of good eateries nearby & over the seaside. Just keep your eyes open. We don't speak korean but everyone was friendly & helpful. Bus access is nearby though we drove mostly as a group. Just be mindful that you may need to stay out between 1000-1500 for it's cleaning time.

手作りのお茶とスープがおいしい
10.0仲の良いご夫婦が運営されているゲストハウスで手作りの木蓮の花のお茶やビーツのお茶を淹れてくださって韓国語で一緒におしゃべりして楽しかったです。朝食のじゃがいものスープとカボチャのスープもとてもおいしくて、いちごなどのフルーツと目玉焼き、食パン。駅からはカカオタクシー利用。とても寒い日だったのでお部屋が少し寒く感じましたが、オンドルで床は温かく、静かで過ごしやすかったです。鏡の前にテレビがあって、鏡が見えなかったので、シャワールームの鏡を利用しました。

10.0Although it was hostel, the room had a private bathroom. Only thing was the shower has no divider to toilet. So, the floor gets wet after the shower. The owner couple was very nice and hospitable. We were a big group, so it was nice to have a dinning room to hangout.
