The staff was very pleasant but my actual room was a big disappointment.
6.0The location and convenience
− I have stayed at Embassy for work multiple times so I wanted my partner to experience it as well. The carpet in the room we were in 618 looked dirty and our sheets had a rip in it and the was a stain on my pillow.
Our stay was acceptable, but not great. I would always ask whether or not there’s a giant family reunion happening at a
3.0It was convenient to where we were going. It overall was nice, but our room was hot and there was a giant family reunion going on that was loud and not ideal.
− The property was fine. The pool looked disgusting. The hot tub was brown, and the pool itself looked really cloudy and it didn’t smell like there were any chemicals mediating the pool at the time. We were excited about using it and decided that due to the number of people staying there at the time that it looked disgusting. There were also two babies in diapers in the hot tub that was brown with their parent when we walked in and that made me very uncomfortable because baby shouldn’t be in a hot tub in the first place and the fact the water looked brown was kind of disturbing.
