6.0Esta muy céntrico. A pocos minutos de todo. Fácil para hacer el check in y también el check out. Le han hecho una lavada de cara hace poco, no una reforma, así que las habitaciones están monas. Ofrecen un desayuno de cortesía, aunque nosotros no llegamos. Deberían prestar un poco más de atención a la limpieza.

2.0I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. Due to my bus being delayed, I arrived later than expected, only to find the hotel doors locked with no staff available to assist me. Despite having a confirmed booking, I was left outside with no way to access my room and ended up having to spend the night on the street. This is unacceptable hospitality. Guests should never be denied access to their accommodations under any circumstances, especially when travel delays are beyond their control. I strongly urge the hotel to improve its late check-in procedures and ensure there is always a way for guests to enter the property safely, regardless of arrival time.

10.0Habitacion con dos camas individuales, baño y ducha en la habitacion. Con TV, aunque no iba muy bien. Suerte que habia aire acondicionado porque pillamos un fin de semana con altas temperaturas. La habitacion estaba limpia. A 5min del centro de Pamplona. Con paradas de bus cerca si aparcas en aparcamientos disuasorios
