− We recently stayed at this villa for four nights and unfortunately the experience did not meet expectations, particularly when it came to basic amenities and upkeep. Several of the provided amenities felt dated and below standard, including the shampoo and soap. More importantly, the villa was very limited essential everyday items such as plates, glasses and trash bags, and lack of any form of entertainment, which made the stay less comfortable than expected. The safe box was also broken. Housekeeping and replenishment were also inconsistent. Drinking water was only provided for the first night despite a four-night stay, and items like dish soap and coffee were never refilled. This required us to purchase basic supplies ourselves, which shouldn’t be necessary at this level of accommodation and the price. The outdoor area also fell short—there was no usable pool umbrella, with only an empty pole left in place, making it difficult to enjoy the space during the day. We noticed uneven flooring in some areas, which could be a safety concern. Additionally, cleaning was only done every two days, with fresh towels provided at that time, rather than daily service. Overall, while the property has potential, the lack of attention to basic details and guest comfort significantly impacted our stay.

Poza cudownym miejscem i całą willą, to opieka Pani Prakong była czymś wspaniałym. Organizacja transportów i wycieczek wg. naszych prywatnych potrzeb była nieoceniona.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Vila Pallavee. Mrs Prakong was a great host and was always there to address our needs. The villa was clean, modern with all the amenities including pool. The villa is close to the beach and cafes which was an added bonus.

Magnifique villa confortable et spacieuse

Villa époustouflante et spacieuse. Encore plus belle que sur les photos. Super confortable et super service (ils proposent de booker les tuk tuk pour nous et amènent de l’eau tous les jours). Quatre chambres en tout, chacune avec dressing et sdb (deux chambres à l’étage partagent la salle de bains qui est énorme et possède une baignoire). Grand salon, grande cuisine, café disponible. Piscine super chouette et profonde, avec 6 transats et mobilier de jardin et auvent. Deux grandes terrasses à l’étage avec mobilier. Au calme mais proche de l’activité centrale (night market, front de mer). Lits super confortables. 7 eleven à 7 min à pieds bordé de petits « restaurants » où nous nous sommes approvisionnés en fruits et en petit déjeuner thaï. En bref, super séjour et on serait bien restés plus longtemps !
