6.0It’s a bit far away from the heart of Bordeaux and requires a lot of walk to access to restaurants and shopping. The room we stayed in was quite small and we only received a very minimal service. IMO, it doesn’t live up to 5 stars hotel standards. Would definitely come back to Bordeaux but will not stay here again.

2.0Das Hotel konnte das gebuchte Zimmer angeblich nicht bereitstellen und wir wurden in ein „Schwesterhotel“ umgebucht. Offizielle über Expedia wollte man die Angelegenheit nicht klären aber man verlange das gleiche Geld für ein an sich günstigeres Hotel. Meines Erachtens Betrug.
