10.0Great location so close to Metro and train station. Friendly staff that helped explain that Metro was not affected by the strikes, thank you! And thank you for all the information for accessing the room even though we arrived late on Saturday. It was super easy to follow the instructions for access and collect the keys. Also, the room was very clean every day and I appreciated the water and coffee top up daily.
− The only thing I can think of is when the city tax was collected there was no message to say it was collected from the cash left in the room. A simple confirmation message would be helpful. However, the friendly staff at reception confirmed that the city tax was collected, so there is no problem at all. Thank you so much!
