10.0Room was excellent meet all my needs, breakfast was also excellent and all the staff were verry friendly and helpful. A special thank you to George for all his help and advise.
Stealth service charges
8.0Location was excellent and that’s why we chose this hotel so prepared to pay more for that.
− Really didn’t like that I pay to stay then they add gratuities, breakfast was included but then I was charged a service charge, accommodation charge even a drink in the bar had a service charge. This isn’t the British way but I wasn’t comfortable to ask to have it removed. I prefer it’s all included in the price so I don’t know I’m paying it. Wouldn’t stay again based on this. Not explained when you check in!!!!!
