7.0The beds were comfortable, the lobby was very welcoming. The room was nice.
− The AC wasn't working properly and it got very hot. We reported it but nobody came to fix it. There was also a smell in the hallway and room that wasn't very pleasant. The pool area was out of towels. It would be helpful to have 2 luggage racks.

Nice hotel. Not worth the marked up price for the summer/World Cup - but nice location & room!
8.0The room was good size. The lounge area was good size. The pool was nice - loved the spot for the chairs & 10” section. My toddlers had a blast in the pool!
