1.0Old smelly rooms, toilet handle broken and constant running noise from the toilet.
− The smell, the toilet noise, handle broken and the rooms not being vacuum
Needed to rest, but hated going in and out of my room because of the smoke smell in the hall/stairs.
6.0There was heavy smoking smell in the hall way and stairwell (cigarettes and mamajuana). Terrible, had to hold my breath just to walk in and out of my room.
− Enforce the no smoking in the building.
Very disappointing stay on a holiday weekend.
3.0Good location
− The first room we had, the balcony door was completly cracked and dangerous. The staff had no idea. The second room we had, was right next to the stairwell. You can hear the door opening and closing all night. The toilet seat was very loose and toilet was running all night. Surprised housekeeping didnt catch these things. Also, at 830am on a holiday weekend, the staff workers were completing renovating a room across the hallway. When I told the staff, they didnt seam to care and said nothing. Very disappointed
