2.0The staff was prompt and personable. The restaurant Jillian's next to the hotel was very good. The location of the hotel was good, not far from Battleship Cove.
− The hotel was very dirty with outdated miss matched furnishings. The pool was a cloudy shade of grey . We couldn't smell any use of chlorine pool upkeep. There was also a piece of some sort of debris floating in the pool. The sliding door in our room didn't lock. The television wouldn't work properly, and we had to call twice about that problem, but they were prompt both times and eventually solved the issue.

My stay was ok I went to go swimming and the pool looked dirty and foggy. It did not look enticing !

Comfy relaxing stay pleasant helpful staff kind and accommodating housekeeping
7.0The stay was relaxing comfy and pleasant polite helpful staff. Housekeeping always accommodating when I needed anything. Microwave mini fridge and coffee maker in room made it easier to save money on eating.
− The breakfast of just oranges and apples really needs an upgrade and the very poor Internet connection makes watching TV almost impossible
Comfy relaxing pleasant people and atmosphere
7.0Overall I enjoyed my stay. I enjoyed the very pleasant staff very friendly and polite and helpful. I loved having the balcony outside our room. Having the small fridge with tiny freezer and microwave and coffee pot came in very handy for our 12 day stay .. Having our room located near the main stairs was also convenient for our Walmart deliveries... Some days I paid outrageous rates even scrambling the Internet sometimes the rate didn't match the quality of the hotel. Besides that I would recommend the hotel to a friend or family member.
− The breakfast of just apples and oranges really needs an upgrade. The Internet connection was horrible making watching TV almost impossible.
