The staff didn't argue.

− When my wife and I arrived we entered our room and came to find right away a German cockroach. We went to the lobby and when we told them we saw a cockroach they asked if we wanted a different room and we said no. We demanded a refund and the guy didn't argue. If there's one cockroach there's bound to be more and we saw it in broad daylight. Check everything before you start your stay there.

The only thing I liked about the property was the location because it was less than five minutes from where I needed to go.

− The first room that we were given was dirty. The bed had not been made. The towels were still on the floor in the bathroom from the guests who were there before us. The trash had not been empty. Food plates cups were still on the table. Nothing have been cleaned in that room from the prior guests. We went back to the front desk to complain. The two ladies at the front desk seemed very shocked that the room had not been cleaned yet. They apologized and gave us a key to a different room. That we could not enter because the key did not work so we had to go back down to the lobby for them to reprogram the key. Get back to that room that room had not been cleaned. By this time I’m beyond activated because I have to change my clothes and get to any events less than 45 minutes. We go back down to the front desk and explain the situation again so we get a key to the third room bedroom was a decent size, but there was hardly any furniture. Only one lamp in the room was working. The TV remote did not work worst experience ever I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone I would rather have slept in my car. In the bathroom, the knob on the sink for the cold water was actually for hot water and the hot water knob was the cold water and the shower. Water pressure was very light and there was no hot water. The water was very cool as if I was in a swimming pool. Also, the door to the outside was not locked to the building. You’re supposed to use your access key card to gain access to the building, but you didn’t need it because the lock didn’t work. They look like homeless people hanging outside there by the door and they tell you, oh you don’t need your key to enter because the door doesn’t lock.
