I would like my money back for this night I didn’t even stay in the room

− They had me in a room that smelled of smoke I paid 339 dollars to be disrespected by the man working that day and also lied to when I asked if I can switch my room I reached out to booking to cancel and nobody reached back out the sheets had cigarette holes the ridge DIDNT work the microwave and walls were dirty

− Had to go to front desk several times. In the room directly across from us, there were 2 fairly large barking dogs. The clerk said they did not pay to have dogs & no dogs were allowed in that location. Requested a shower chair since the shower had no grab bars or any safety measures. Bathroom door would not close& was very narrow.. Duct tape was on the exterior door lock near our room which means anyone could have come in. Bathroom ceiling vent was dirty and rusty. Just a very bad experience. Wine up before 6 AM with all the traffic noise outside.
