1.0Nothing at all about the hotel
− ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointed with my stay at Belle Bukit Bendera. I paid over RM260 for my room, but upon arrival I was given a room that is worth around RM190+ on Booking.com, with the reason that the room I booked was "fully occupied". However, the hotel did not seem full at all, and many room doors were left open, making me wonder whether the rooms were unoccupied or not yet cleaned. For the price paid, the experience was simply not worth it. This was my first stay here, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. I expected better service and better handling of bookings. Definitely not value for money. Changing a guest's room to a lower category without proper compensation or a satisfactory explanation is unacceptable.
