Good hotel but can do better

− With thunderstorms. We didn't have AC or power . Not the hotel s fault especially with July 4rth holiday but we should have at least got a discount for the 2nd day. They could have prepared well and planned better for the breakfast area, was crazily crowded, long waits for waffles. The placement of waffle makers were odd as they were right near the plates and cutlery and eggs. And the breakfast didn't have even the regular potatoes/ fries. Can definitely do better compared to other similar standard hotels and competitors. It made it hard for people to navigate the lines and ended up crowding the place.
Comfortable and Clean
10.0Staff, cleanliness and room furniture and space was great.
− I didn't like the master light control. It was inconvenient to figure out how to turn on and off the lights I wanted. It also turned off the plugs on the night stand. The shower door didn't close all the way.
