No hot water made for an uncomfortable shower.

3.0It was a place to sleep
− Toilet didn’t flush, refrigerator didn’t work, breakfast wasn’t good, had issues with room key cards not working and guy at the desk made it seem like I just didn’t know how to use the cards. He made it seem like it was a huge deal because his coworker printed the cards earlier and they should work. Instead of reprinting he put us in a different room.
