10.0The rooms are beautiful and the price is very good for what they offer. However, I would not book this hotel if I'm not driving, the hill is very inclined and it will suck the life out of you so keep that in mind if you are walking and specially if you are bringing suitcases.

8.0Staff were friendly, incredibly close to the Old Bridge - bit of up hill battle on the way back up but it’s good for the soul. Pool is beautiful, great views at sunset unfortunately it does close at 8pm which is far too early for such a facility.
− Anatomy, I tend to have this sort of luck so it hopefully won’t be an issue for others. My thermostat would keep resetting to 28 degrees every hour on the hour. So I’d have 45 minutes of perfect AC followed by heat and that is very irritating when you’re trying to sleep.

9.0Super Lage über Mostar. Zimmer sehr sauber, und schön. Der Herr an der Rezeption war total freundlich und gab uns gute Informationen um die Innenstadt zu erkunden. Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichlich mit lokalen und internationalen Gerichten.
− Lift sehr klein und lange Wartezeiten. Bei 6. Stockwerken und Platz für 4 Personen im Lift, wartet man halt schonmal oder geht dann zu Fuß
