− The hot tub didn’t work well long walk to the room the shower barely worked the coffee they leave in the room could be way better. For the price of the stay all those things should be top notch
We enjoyed our stay at The Westin. We frequent HH a few times a summer. We will definitely be back!

Nice - but can be loud
8.0Here now - we are really liking it and the food at the pool bar is great - drinks too - However if you get a resort view room be aware that they play movies at night until after 10 pm and it is LOUD. I can tune it out but if I had children it would be really hard to get them to sleep. We are laying in bed now listening to it blast. Other than that we are really loving it here.
Do Not Go To This Hotel
2.0We have always enjoyed Marriott properties, but there is almost nothing good about the Westin. Totally way overpriced for what it is. For example, there was a dead roach in our room when we arrived ugh. The furnishings could definitely use an upgrade. The terrace furniture was terrible, The ice machine was broken so had to go to another floor for ice. Internet was spotty and "free HBO Max" was non existent. All the pools had cloudy water which we stayed away from, So much for the daily resort fees. The hotel is shaped like a huge U and our ocean view room was miles away around the U from the main elevator. On checking they told us we could use the underground parking (20.00 a day) and there were no luggage carts there so e had to carry out luggage through the never ending hallway to our room at the end of the north U, very far away from the main elevators. Hilton Head is truly a beautiful island but I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

10.0We always enjoy staying at the Westin Hilton Head, and the staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. A special thank-you to Laurie at the front desk, who went above and beyond to help us with a better room location. The beautiful view made our vacation even more memorable, and her kindness and genuine hospitality made us feel truly welcome. Thank you, Laurie, for making a great stay even better!

10.0The bartenders by the pool are excellent - love Britany (not sure how she spells it). She is so personable and I love seeing her every summer. HHI is an important place to our family and it’s so nice to run into familiar faces.
