4.0The property had no hot water. When asked, mentioned it would be fixed in 2 hours which turned out not to be the case. Would not repeat a stay here

6.0I reserved a room with a King size bed for $209 and was given a room with two beds for $245. Upon entering the room the first thing we found was pills on the floor under the bed closest to the window. After returning from a funeral on Saturday, they were still there. The beds were made but obviously not vacuumed as the pills are still there. Upon waking up Saturday morning I also may have found what looked like a bed bug. The would be dining area was filled with headboards, bed frames and mattresses. I do not believe this hotel is actually ready for opening 100%. There are many, possibly homeless people that may be staying in this hotel. At around 4:10 to 4:30 am on Sunday morning, someone tried to break into our room.

4.0Parking area had a bunch of shady people hanging around. Lobby was a mess with remodeling? Going on. Room was nice and clean. No decaf coffee or tea in room.
