10.0I had another great experience at Ravinia!! Front desk service from Thalia who ensure that both of my rooms would be ready and very close to each other when my family arrived. When we were ready to check out, Sharief the bellman. was incredibly helpful, polite and instrumental in ensuring that everything we brought we left with safely and securely. This is one of our favorite places to stay. Cannot beat the location.
