A wonderful stay in the heart of Nairobi!
8.0This historic hotel, dating back to 1904, has a unique charm and a magnificent garden filled with exotic flowers and beautiful trees, creating a peaceful oasis in the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, each with a lovely terrace. While the décor is not the most modern, it adds to the hotel’s authentic character. The fitness center is excellent, the breakfast is superb with a great selection, and the service is truly exceptional. A perfect choice for anyone looking for charm, comfort, and outstanding hospitality.

10.0Everyone at reception was incredibly friendly and professional. Joseph made our stay unforgettable by arranging an upgrade, decorating our room and organising a surprise for us at the restaurant during our stay. All this was to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. No other hotel in Nairobi has a team like this, and I’ve stayed at almost all of them.
Oasis of luxury in the heart of Nairobi
10.0Wonderful peaceful hotel in centre of Nairobi. Rooms were large and luxorious. Great service throughout with all staff being incredibly welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. The facilities were fabulous; whether lounging in the cincin bar, exercising in the pool and health suite or eating in either of the restaurants. Would definitely recommend and would actively seek out this hotel when in Nairobi.

The team made my husband’s birthday so special with the sweetest surprise, a beautifully decorated room with towel animals, rose petals, and a birthday message waiting for us when we arrived and a slice of chocolate bday cake🥹 The property is beautiful, peaceful, and felt incredibly safe, and every staff member made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The hospitality was exceptional, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We highly recommend Fairmont Norfolk to anyone visiting Nairobi!
Wonderful short stay in Nairobi
10.0My friend and I stayed 2 nights at this is beautiful hotel before going on safari. The gardens are lovely and the rooms very comfortable and spacious. The staff were all exceptional, - friendly, welcoming, great service and made us feel at home. We enjoyed the breakfast on the first morning, and as we were leaving early on the second day for an early flight from Wilson Airport to Amboseli, the staff provided us with breakfast packs to have at the airport. A very enjoyable stay and highly recommended.
