Excellent
10.0Very much enjoyed our trip. I loved the boulevard restaurant and we were there for an amazing evening of beef. Wellington you were celebrating our 23rd anniversary and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff was so polite. The atmosphere was very nice. Food and drinks were absolutely delicious and they had the most delicious Pannacotta which I don’t get to have too often definitely recommend the boulevard restaurant.
Great location
10.0Great hotel on a great street. Pool was nice , restaurant also nice. The location of the hotel is just fabulous. Rooms are just starting to get old.
Amazing stay

Nice Choice
8.0Nearly ideally located at the intersection of Wilshire and Rodeo Drive the BW is definitely a good choice for a stay in Beverly Hills. We found the service to be exceptional - with everyone from check in and bellhops to the house keepers and concierge were outstanding. Our room was luxurious with the most wonderful sheets. My only complaint was I found the mattress a bit on the soft side. Not the best for bad back. My biggest complaint however goes to the restaurant - a $38 burger should not be dry, under seasoned and overcooked. However, breakfast was very good. I do recommend the BW for a stay, maybe skip the burgers.
This would not happen to Richard Gere
6.0This hotel was my wife’s dream destination because of the film Pretty women. But it turn out to be no so pretty. We had been away for a month in Tahiti and Bora Bora and to fly back to the UK we had a stop over in LA so as a surprise for my wife I booked the Beverly Wiltshire. We arrived 17th March in the morning with friends. There room was ready but our room we booked was not and we would have to wait until 3pm or we could upgrade to a suite for $250. We did not upgrade but excepted a room with two beds rather than Signature king size room. The front desk lady was not the most help and she had just been very sarcastic to a previous customer who had been asking for the last two days for bottled water in her room and not cans. The room was okay but not what we had booked. That evening we ask the concierge to recommend a rib restaurant and he recommended the Saddle room with I must say was really good. The problem was that he said the hotel car would take us and bring us back, on the way there the driver gave us a card and said to ring the number when we wanted picking up. It was a complete surprise at the end of the evening when I called only to be told that they could not pick us up. I ask the concierge the next morning about this and he said he would look into it and get back to me, no reply as yet. We checked out 18th and left for the airport at 6pm, in the taxi I realised I had left some medication in the fridge in the room, so I called the hotel at 6.20pm and ask if they could have a look and send it to the airport in a taxi. I was told that they would call back in 10 minutes and let me know. The call came at 10.20 just as I was boarding the plane, they had the medication and did I want to collect it! Very disappointed in the whole experience, not what I expected.
Worth a visit
10.0The staff were brilliant especially Chris (Scotland). Had a lovely few hours at this gorgeous hotel.
