Good Stay, Will be Better When the Remodel is Done
8.0Overall we had a good stay. They are in the middle of a remodel. Our room was a remodeled ones, however the TV wasn’t programmed with the remote and it said there was no service to it. The parts of the hotel that aren’t finished or are in the process of being remodeled show age and wear.

8.0We were on the fourth floor, directly across from the elevator and the ice machine, convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. I liked the extra hooks in the bathroom and the bowed shower curtain. Missed a shelf in tub/shower and NO grab bar upon exiting shower. Staff was polite and responsive. Breakfast adequate. Hot water for tea was not hot however. Had to re-warm in microwave. Is there a gym? Not sure. My card would not open that door, no sign for it though there is a small but inviting pool outside. Too cold to use it this trip, 9-11 October.

2.0We had roaches in our room. We didn't even stay we left as the roach was found basically upon arrival.
