− TV didn't work right the channels were out of wack. Took 30 minutes to get right channel. The wiring was bad too many cords, go look. No phone plug ins. Sliding door would not open.

− I requested a king bed, was given a two queen. The room was disgusting. The carpets were disgusting I didnt even take my shoes off. there was a sticky substance on the nightstand. there were bugs in the bathroom. all of the walls and trim and baseboards were gross. I realize these were pet friendly rooms but wow it was gross.

− The place was filthy. The curtains in the rooms were torn and shredded. The rooms smelled terrible and the bathroom was filthy. Absolutely terrible!!!
