7.0Lobby is beautiful and location is Fantastic I love that the room had a bathtub and a good sized bathroom. The atrium is beautiful and reminded me of embassy suites
− The smell of chlorine throughout the inside of the hotel lobby (the indoor pool is why) and I totally understand, but I just don’t do chemical smells.
An unusual but memorable stay during exceptional circumstances.
9.0We arrived at the hotel during strong winds and an APS Public Safety Power Shutoff. There was no electricity or hot water in our room. However, the lobby remained operational, and the lady at reception gave us a lot of useful information for our visit to the Grand Canyon. The hotel compensated us for the power outage, which was very much appreciated. The room was clean.
