− No elevator. Had to carry suitcases down a flight of stairs. This was not made clear on the website. Hotel definitely in need of an update. I've stayed at Sandman Hotels before. This is definitely below their usual standard.

Staff nice, good except guy at check-in, 8pm, didn’t seem to be very knowledgeable especially re: keys
7.0Only charged me for 1 pet deposit.
− 200/night, seems a bit run down, door to bathroom wouldn’t stay closed, and the toilet paper is behind the door?? So you have to close the door (small space) to get to the tp. No fan options for AC, high only. Hole in the floor of the room, covered by carpet. Keys had to be re-set 3 times! No elevator so trips up and down stairs so I could get in my room. Don’t know if my pet deposit is being refunded or not?
