The front desk manager and staff offered nothing to accommodated for the missing money or the mishap for breakfast,
7.0The property was nice considering they were still doing minor repairs, like painting and upgrading while many guest were present
− Housekeeping staff didn’t speak English , and money came up missing from my suite . not to mention the restaurant waitress lost the breakfast voucher and my account was charged for a one day breakfast for 2 , when it was already paid for during checkin for the entire stay

10.0My husband attended a training while I used this time to just relax. For me that means being in the pool, walking & reading. The outdoor pool was nice & the workout room had some good treadmills. I also went to their restaurant & had lunch w/my husband. The pizza was okay, but the best part was meeting Jose Benitez, our server. He was very kind & took care of us well. He added a splash of cranberry juice to add color to my husband’s lemonade & made sure I had a refill of my drink as I sat afterwards to read my book. Jose B. ROCKS. Thank you, Jose B. for being so kind & for sharing your delicious homemade treat with me. It was delicious. Wish I had the recipe. You were & are too kind. Blessings
