Also known as The k luxor hotel and Quen hotel.There is building work going on beside,behind and in the hotel Unable to get any sleep due to the work going on. Only one hand and bath towel asked for more but refused. Had to buy our own toilet roll as refused to supply more. Out of 7 floors only the 5 floor has rooms the 6th is reception and top is the roof terrace. The area around the hotel is like a slum. The night before our check out at 9pm phoned our room asking for payment. I offered my card to him he replied that the machine is not working and I need to go to the ATM to get cash out I refused he said he would come with me I still refused. Then all of a sudden the machine was working they took my payments in 4 lots charging me 2US dollars for each transaction . The only good thing was the view of the pyramids. Avoid at all cost

We chose to stay at The Pyramids Eye Hotel and we were not disappointed The Pyramids Eye Is at the Premium end of the 3 star category of Hotels in Giza Cario. The 3 star category includes other notable hotels but not at the affordable prices offered by The Pyramids Eye in the heart of the Giza attractions within easy access I am pleased to say that the Pyramids Eye has great disability access, including ramps and lifts to every floor, and wide access doors. The Pyramids Eye easily has the best views of the Pyramids of Giza, which makes for great selfies day or night from Rooftop Restaurant, which offers great local cuisine The beds are clean and just what you need after flying and make for a refreshing start to begin your tour of Cairo. The rooms include a power shower and amazing air conditioning The Staff at The Pyramids Eye Hotel are extremely friendly and welcoming which generally reflects the spirit of the Cairo people. Scam rooms are not the same Bathrooms and showers dont work no hot water They clean toilets with towels

Staff was friendly, room was clean but getting towels was a chore. Abundance of construction going on in adjacent buildings.

Reasonably priced, super friendly hosts and amazing rooms!

I couldn’t fault this place - SAYED the manager was superb. The room we had was great, views exceptional, food was great and most importantly they made us feel special. The tour guide provided to us was outstanding too. You guys have the greatest team !! Thank you for your hospitality!

Cancelled our reservation when landing at the airport. VERY unproffesional! Not surpising in Egypt. They claimed they had no power, which sounded hard to believe as we stayed in another place nearby that had power. DO NOT STAY THERE. It seems like a scam. We were offered free transportation from the airport, and this was immediately followed up by a "tour operator" offering tours. We rejected those as we had already booked with a reputable tour company (ETB Travel), that seems like a more likely reason to cancel reservations at the last minute.
