2.0Extremely disappointing experience. The level of hospitality was unacceptable. The toilet seat was leaking, tiles were broken, and the television could not be connected to electricity. There was also a cockroach in the bathroom. Furthermore, no electric kettle was available; it appeared that the receptionist provided us with a personal one instead. No soap and shampo available. Unfortunately, there is no option to rate this property zero stars, which is why I had to select one star.
