6.0The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We have absolutely no complaints about the service. The property itself is peaceful, quiet, and beautifully designed. If you're looking to escape city noise and enjoy a tranquil environment surrounded by nature, this place certainly delivers.
− One thing we did not realize when booking was that our suite only had an outdoor shower and no indoor shower option. This may appeal to some guests, but it was not something we personally enjoyed. We also booked the Suite with Private Pool expecting it to be the premium accommodation option, but the private pool itself was quite underwhelming and not as impressive as we had anticipated from the photos. The biggest issue for us was the presence of insects around the outdoor bathroom area at night. When I went to take a shower in the evening, several very large cockroaches suddenly emerged and were literally crawling around me in the shower area. It was honestly quite frightening and I rushed back inside the room. Interestingly, during daylight hours we did not notice any such insects. I understand that the resort is located in a natural environment surrounded by vegetation, and some insects are probably unavoidable. However, this was still uncomfortable enough to significantly affect our experience. In addition, while looking for our toddler's toy, my husband found several very large spiders behind the sink area, which further reinforced our concerns. Overall, this is a beautiful and peaceful property with excellent staff and a lovely natural setting. However, the outdoor-only shower setup combined with the insect encounters made the stay less comfortable than we had hoped. While we appreciate the concept of the resort, it is not a property we would personally choose to return to.

10.0Beautiful hotel with contemporary architecture that blends seamlessly with nature. The pool is stunning, the food is amazing, and the service is excellent. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-designed. We especially loved having animals on the property—it added a unique touch. Overall, it was a very relaxing stay and the perfect way to end our one-month trip to Sri Lanka.
